Help Your Clients Quit Smoking with Clinical EFT

LIsten into this free masterclass for Mental Health Awareness Month and learn how practitioners can use Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support clients in reducing cravings, addressing emotional triggers, and breaking the smoking habit.

Many clients who want to quit smoking struggle not just with the physical habit, but with the emotional drivers behind it — stress, anxiety, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.

In this free masterclass, you’ll discover how Clinical EFT can be used as a practical, evidence-informed approach to help clients work through these triggers and support lasting behaviour change.

Whether you’re new to EFT or already integrating it into your work, this session will show you how to apply EFT specifically for smoking cessation with clients.
