Watch this video to learn what is EFT Tapping

 READY TO START?

Learn the EFT Tapping points and how to tap to reduce stress below!

Step One

Learn The Tapping Points

There are 8 primary tapping points and one setup statement point to learn BEFORE you can apply tapping in your everyday life. WATCH this short video to learn the points.

Note: If you are in a stressful situation and you cannot remember all the points you can still get physiological reductions to stress by tapping on a singular point.

REMEMBERING THE TAPPING POINTS

Use this diagram to help you to remember the tapping points. You can right click and download as a PDF.

Step Two

Apply the Technique

Once you have learned the tapping points the next step is to learn how to apply the technique.

In this short video you will learn;

1) How to measure if tapping is working using a scale we call the SUDS rating

2) How to create a "Set-Up Statement"

3) How to perform a round of tapping

STEP THREE

Keep Practicing

Once you have learnt how to perform tapping you can now start to apply it in everyday life situations when you are feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or even angry.

Remember tapping has the greatest impact when performed when you actually feel stressed (or when you are experiencing other uncomfortable feelings, thoughts or sensations).

We highly recommend tapping for even 5 minutes a day to make this a habit - how did you sleep last night? What do you have on your to-do list today?

Making tapping a daily habit means it will be easier to remember when something bigger happens and tapping could help!
