What is Clinical EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly referred to as "tapping," is an integrative psychophysiological approach that is resulting in increasing scientific interest for its effectiveness in mental health and emotional well-being. EFT incorporates elements of cognitive therapy and exposure therapy, combining them with acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on specific acupressure points. Recent advancements in EFT research have expanded our understanding of its mechanisms and efficacy.

How EFT Tapping Helps You Sleep Better

If you’ve struggled with sleepless nights, you’re not alone. EFT is a gentle, scientifically-supported method that helps address the root causes of your sleep disruptions—whether it’s stress, anxiety, physical discomfort, or racing thoughts. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on your sleep challenges, you activate your body’s natural relaxation response, reducing stress hormones and calming your nervous system. The beauty of EFT lies in its simplicity: it’s an easy-to-learn technique that anyone can use, with no special tools required, to bring peace of mind and improve sleep quality—night after night.

It's simple, effective, and backed by research.
