If you are certified or accredited by another EFT organisation or trainer, please use this form to apply for Premium Accreditation with Evidence Based EFT.

Each application is decided on merit, so the more information you can provide, the better. There is an application fee and this is non-refundable regardless of outcome.

The submission fee is AU$500 and this includes:

• Review of your application
• The fee for the ethics exam (If already done as part of prior certification and you can provide evidence of this, you may be exempt)
• Listing on the EBEFT website as an approved practitioner
• 30 days complimentary access to EFT HQ (our education platform)

If your application is denied for any reason, your fee will be refunded minus a $200 administration/review fee.

2.  Send your certificates and supporting information to [email protected]

3.  Purchase the product here and pay your application fee, and send the receipt with your submission.
