If you are certified or accredited by another EFT organisation or trainer, please use this form to apply for Advanced Premium Accreditation with Evidence Based EFT.

Please review the requirements in the Advanced document available on the website.

Each application is decided on merit, so the more information you can provide, the better. There is an application fee and this is non-refundable regardless of outcome.

The submission fee is AU$1000 and this includes:

• Review of your application which is very intensive for the team 
• Listing on the EBEFT website as an approved advanced accredited practitioner
• Yearly access to EFT HQ, our professional development and education platform (worth RRP AU$697)
• If your application is denied for any reason, your fee will be refunded minus a AU$200 administration/review fee.

1. Complete the form on the Grandfathering Page with as much detail as you can
2. Send your certificates and supporting information to [email protected]
3. Use the subject line: GRANDFATHERING APPLICATION
