Thank you for your interest in Evidence Based EFT.

We’re delighted you’re here! Whether you found us through a free webinar, a resource or a friend, welcome!

I’m Dr Peta Stapleton, and for several decades I’ve been researching how and why Clinical EFT (Tapping) works across a range of conditions. At Evidence Based EFT, our trainers and I are passionate about sharing the science behind EFT in a way that’s clear, accessible, and easy to understand.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore EFT or would like to deepen your understanding of the research and its applications, we’re here to help you learn more.

We've gathered some resources here to help you take the next step, from learning how to tap to exploring the published research and hearing more about EFT through talks and podcasts.

I hope you enjoy exploring, and thank you for your interest in evidence-based practice.

Peta
