Pain Flare Action Plan

Pain flare-ups can feel overwhelming, but they don't have to take over your day. This worksheet helps you respond with a clear, step-by-step plan rather than reacting automatically.

Use it to identify your early warning signs, check in with your pain, use Clinical EFT Tapping to calm your nervous system, and choose supportive actions that help you regain a sense of control.

Complete your plan before you need it, then keep it somewhere easy to access whenever a flare begins.
