About Dr Emma-Leigh Senyard

Dr Emma-Leigh Senyard is an AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor, with a PhD in engagement in online mental health programs and over a decade of experience across private practice, community health, occupational rehabilitation, and university settings.

She has worked extensively across the lifespan, with a strong foundation in child, adolescent, and family work, including ASD, ADHD, cognitive and learning assessments, anxiety, and behaviour support.

In recent years, Emma-Leigh has shifted her focus to supporting adolescents (14+) and adults in nervous system regulation, generational trauma, and psychological wellbeing. Her approach integrates evidence-based psychology with modalities such as EFT tapping, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and meditation, alongside energy and transpersonal practices—offering a person-centred blend of science and spirituality.
