About Gabriëlle Rutten

Gabriëlle Rutten is a Medical Doctor by background, with early experience in clinical research in internal medicine, followed by work in occupational medicine, where the need for practical, effective solutions shaped her approach. She has been an EFT practitioner for over 23 years and has trained professionals internationally since 2009. Her work is grounded in Gold Standard EFT Tapping and has expanded into Optimal EFT, reflecting a shift toward working with awareness, presence, and the role of consciousness in healing. Alongside a structured, evidence-informed approach, she develops practice-based protocols for trauma and PTSD, chronic conditions such as tinnitus and IBS, addictions and performance. As of 1 January 2026, she is the appointed successor to Gary Craig, continuing the development and teaching of EFT in its full scope, integrating both practical application and deeper transformative processes.
